Free cancellation is allowed up to seven days before arrival without any charge. Changes to the reservation can be made free of charge, subject to availability, up to seven days before arrival without additional costs, except for any rate differences due to date changes. If cancellation occurs less than seven days before the scheduled arrival date, thirty percent of the total reservation value will be charged. Less than seven days before the scheduled arrival date, modifications are not possible; you may cancel but will incur a charge of thirty percent of the total reservation value. In case of no-show without cancellation, one hundred percent of the total reservation value will be charged. From the day of check-in, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible and the full amount for the booked stay will be charged.
