The Hotel International, thanks to its modern, rational and versatile structure, it is the ideal location for events of all kinds. Its six types of meeting/conference room offer a solution to every need, even in high season when the hotel is working at its maximum.
In addition to the stylish and functional rooms, separate spaces for dining and a wide range of ancillary services are available. The location, on the elegant waterfront, make it easily accessible from the motorway and train stations; there are also two airports less than an hour away from San Benedetto, connecting it with numerous national and international destinations.
The Hotel is ideal for business meetings, conferences, conventions, training courses, workshops and road shows. The congress rooms and restrooms at the Hotel International are easily accessible for those with limited mobility. There is a lift to all three floors of the hotel allowing access to all the conference rooms.
Should it be necessary, it is possible to prepare other small rooms for reserved meetings and which are close to the Classic and Fusion Rooms. Usually used as a breakfast room and adjacent to the bar, the Salsa Room is characterized by a large window overlooking the pool and the oleander garden. It can hold approximately 100 people. The Opera room (which in summer is used as the hotel restaurant), is very bright and overlooks the sea and pool. It can be used for catering or prepared for meetings of various kinds; in particular exhibitions or as a showroom. As it is completely surrounded by windows, the room cannot be darkened. The dimensions are similar to those of the Jazz room, and can comfortably accommodate over 250 people, even when set up for banquets. The room is covered by wi-fi and has air-conditioning. The Jazz room, which is located in the basement, was originally designed as a dance and music hall; over the years it has hosted numerous medium-sized conferences (up to 250 seats), as well as concerts. Based on the client’s needs, it can be equipped with different technical solutions for both audio and video, or other presentation set ups. The large room is directly accessible from the car park, making it suitable for exhibitions, shows and other events. The room is covered by wi-fi and has air conditioning.
With its very pronounced rectangular shape, the Classic Room can be set up in multiple ways: theatre style, with benches of three seats, or as a meeting room with a central plan. Windows make up the long side, rendering it particularly light for daytime meetings; while it can be darkened using the installed curtain. Equipped with video and audio system, it is ideal for lectures and briefings and is covered by wi-fi and has air-conditioning. It has a renovated high-power electrical system and a generous number of power sockets along the perimeter. There is also a small restroom which is easily accessible from the room.
