The restaurant

Under the guide of the Maestro Mauro Michetti, the Executive Kitchen Chef, the food served by the Hotel International is one of its strongest attractions. In the summer season a choice of three starters and three main courses served at the table are offered, allowing you to enjoy your favourite meal of meat or fish every day, accompanied by a rich buffet of side dishes and vegetables.

Local and international specialties are served by a team of professionals in the charming restaurant which overlooks the sea, set in an elegant environment, and with a courteous and friendly service.

The chef, Mauro Michetti

The Maestro of the Kitchen, Mauro Michetti, has always worked in the field of hotel catering, both in Italy and abroad. Since 1999, he has been an official member of the highly decorated Regional Team of Le Marche chefs, and teaches culinary skills for hotel kitchens at the State Institute for Hotel Services and Catering in San Benedetto del Tronto.

Mauro Michetti has taken the food served by the Hotel International to the highest international standards. In fact, he boasts many awards, including the Bronze medal at the Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany (2004), the gold medal/Special Jury Prize at the International Artistic Cooking Competition in Rimini, (2005), and the Silver Medal in the World Championships of Artistic Cooking in Luxembourg (2006). In 2006 and 2009 he was the Italian champion of the international cooking competition in Marina di Massa. In 2009 he was also awarded the prestigious title of "Maestro of the Kitchen and Executive Chef" by the Order of the Kitchen Masters.

Finally, he has had enormous success on television, appearing on gourmet programmes on national network channels such as Rai Uno, Rai Due, Rai Tre, Rete 4 and SKY.
